This Privacy Policy describes how CartLift Bundle Builder ("the App", "we", "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our Shopify application.
1. Information We Collect
- Store data: Shop domain, access tokens, and Shopify store configuration required to operate the App.
- Bundle data: Bundle names, product selections, discount rules, and settings you create within the App.
- Order data: Order IDs and revenue figures from bundle purchases, used solely for analytics within your account.
- Usage data: Page views and click events on bundle widgets, stored in aggregate for analytics reporting.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the App functionality.
- To display analytics and performance data within your App dashboard.
- To enforce plan limits and process Shopify billing.
- To send transactional communications related to your account.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. We may share data only with Shopify (as required to operate as a Shopify App) and service providers acting on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
4. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your store has the App installed. Upon uninstalling, your store data is flagged inactive. You may request complete deletion by contacting us.
5. Security
We use HTTPS encryption, access controls, and secure credential storage to protect your data.
